Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera

The grapes varieties include Negroamaro and Malvasia, native to the Salento area: the first gives body and character, the second smoothness and a superb bouquet. They are grown in the areas best suited to vineyards: Alezio, Sannicola, Campi Salentino, Salice and Veglie.
